What problems should be paid attention to in the process of installing the hydraulic oil pump?

In the process of installing the hydraulic oil pump of waste paper packer, in order to prevent foreign matters from falling into the machine, all holes of the unit should be covered, and the unit should be placed on the foundation with embedded anchor bolts. Between the base and the foundation, a pair of wedge pads should be used for correction. Correct the concentricity of pump shaft and motor shaft, and the allowable deviation is 0.1 mm on the outer circle of coupling main road; The clearance between the two coupling planes should be 2-4mm, and the clearance should be even with the tolerance of 0.3mm. After connecting the pipeline and determining the rotation direction of the motor, connect the coupling, and check the concentricity of the shaft again. After the actual trial operation of the unit for 2-3 hours, make the final inspection. If there is no adverse phenomenon, it is considered that the installation is qualified.
Matters needing attention in the process of installing the hydraulic oil pump of waste paper packer:
1. The quality of the oil pump installation has a very important impact on the smooth operation and service life of the pump, so the installation and calibration work must be carried out carefully, not rashly. The support or base of the hydraulic pump should be strong and firm, and the pump shaft of the hydraulic pump should be well aligned with the motor.
2. The installation height, length and diameter of the suction pipe of the oil pump shall meet the calculation value, and strive to be brief to reduce unnecessary loss (such as elbow, etc.); And ensure that the pump in operation, not more than its allowable NPSH. The inner diameter of the oil suction pipe shall not be less than the specified requirements. The oil suction pipe shall not be too long. The 90 degree bending shall not exceed two. It is better to connect with the inlet of the oil pump by soft short connection. The installation height of the oil pump shall be such that the hydraulic oil can flow to the suction port of the oil pump by itself.
3. The suction and discharge pipes of the oil pump should have supports, which are not allowed to bear the load of the pipes.
4. The place where the oil pump is installed should be spacious enough to facilitate the maintenance work.
After the hydraulic oil pump of waste paper packer is installed, the temperature and vibration of the bearing are checked during the trial operation as follows:
Loosen the coupling, place it on the pump shaft and base of the electric oil pump with a level meter, adjust the wedge pad, correct the level of the unit, and properly tighten the anchor bolts to prevent walking.
In order to prevent the impurities in the pipeline from entering the pump, a filter should be installed in the pump glue for the newly installed pipeline, and its effective section should be 2-3 times larger than that of the suction pipe.
