The circulation of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system of waste paper packer is carried out through pipelines. The quality of pipeline installation is one of the key factors related to the normal working performance of the hydraulic system. The installation of hydraulic oil pipeline of waste paper packer should follow the following points:
1. During the piping design and piping, the components, hydraulic components, pipe joints and flanges to be connected should be considered comprehensively according to the hydraulic schematic diagram.
2. The laying arrangement and direction of pipelines shall be neat and consistent, with clear layers. Horizontal or vertical pipe laying shall be adopted as far as possible, and the unevenness of horizontal pipeline shall be ≤ 2 / 1000; The non perpendicularity of the vertical pipeline shall be ≤ 2 / 400, and it shall be detected by level instrument.
3. There should be more than 10 mm gap between parallel or intersecting pipe systems.
4. The pipeline configuration must make the pipeline, hydraulic valve and other components easy to load, unload and maintain. Any section of pipeline or components in the system shall be free to disassemble and assemble as far as possible without affecting other components.
5. Piping must be rigid and vibration resistant.
6. The weight of pipeline should not be borne by valve, pump and other hydraulic components and accessories; The weight of heavy components should not be supported by the pipe.
7. Effective measures must be considered for long pipes to prevent the stress caused by the expansion and contraction of pipes due to temperature change.
8. The pipe material used must have clear original basis material, and the pipe with unknown material is not allowed to be used.
9. If the diameter of hydraulic system pipe is less than 50 mm, it can be cut by grinding wheel cutter. Generally, pipes with a diameter of more than 50 mm shall be cut by mechanical processing. If gas cutting is used, the parts with structural changes caused by gas cutting must be turned by mechanical processing, and the welding groove can be turned out at the same time. Except for the return pipe, the pressure pipe is not allowed to be cut by roller type extrusion cutter. The pipe cutting surface must be smooth, burr, oxide scale, slag, etc. shall be removed, and the cutting surface shall be perpendicular to the pipe axis.
