Product introduction

★ The reasonable design of double scissors improves the efficiency of paper cutting and prolongs the service life of blade.
★ Fast and simple wire binding device, low failure rate, easy to clean, maintain and repair.
★ It is equipped with strong air suction equipment with fast paper suction speed.
★ Set the length of the package freely and record the package value accurately.
★ It is easy to install without special site infrastructure.

Daily maintenance and repair

★ In the working area of the main cylinder of the baler, clean up all the paper scraps left on the machine when the machine is stopped to keep clean and reduce the failure rate.
★ All screws and mounting parts on the machine shall be inspected and tightened regularly (once a month), and oil filling holes, gears and chains shall be filled (once a month)
★ The machine is equipped with intelligent system, and all faults are on the touch screen.
