ⅰ、Structural features：

★ After the surface of the rubber roller is tempered and tempered, the inner hole is processed, and the dynamic balance surface is finely ground and engraved with a 32-line pit-type net pattern. The glue is evenly spread and the glue consumption is small.
★ The rotation of the glue roller is controlled by a frequency conversion motor and frequency conversion. The linear speed of the glue roller is synchronized with the double-sided machine by the frequency conversion control, and it can operate independently.
★ Digital display for electric adjustment of glue amount. Automatically circulate the glue supply, which can effectively control the amount of glue, avoid glue precipitation, ensure good glue and save glue.
★ All roller surfaces are hard chrome plated after grinding treatment.
★ Measure the speed signal of the double-sided machine to realize synchronous operation with it. The gluing machine adopts a man-machine interface display, which can be used for related data setting, and the operation is simple and fast.
★ Electrical design, production and construction technology follow national standards and specifications, with low failure rate and simple maintenance.
